I am satisfied with this laptop. I find a bargain for the price. I had an HP Envy touchscreen that was 5 years old and had just worn out so I wanted to replace it. This one is much lighter in weight. It's thin, has a great screen, and is fast. You can use it in tablet mode - it's a bit big for me. The only thing that bothered me, and would still bother me when using Chrome, was the fact that it randomly flashed a black screen for a few seconds. After trying many suggested fixes that didn't work, I finally stopped using Chrome and started using MS Edge and the annoying black screens stopped. I had to wonder if MS built this in, but how do you know to switch browsers? In any case, it works great and I like it.
