Not very safe in collars, harnesses and leashes

I chose this harness because I rescued a 3 lb kitten who is recovering from surgery and I needed a harness to fasten around her neck could rather than try to put it on Kegel is awkward to prevent her from crawling under furniture when playing around the house. In that regard, this pendant was perfect. However, the clip that holds the straps around her stomach doesn't hold tight when pulled. It's not like I feel safe outdoors.
