I put it in 4.5 gallons of apple juice (Mott's) at 12:30 and in the bubbler at 9:00 it looks like this! This nutrient has everything you need to grow your yeast at scale. I've been using Fermax for quite some time and even rely on it on some of the stronger (high acid) drinks to keep the yeast alive and doing its job. If you're a beginner you can't go wrong with this product, if you're looking to expand your beer options you can't beat the price! For reference, the ambient temperature that day was 42 degrees, the house temperature was 62 degrees, so the brew bucket is wrapped with a blanket. For your health!
