A good thing! for gels
I have been using it for years after my dentist recommended this product. My dentist made me a mouthguard so I wouldn't clench my teeth. I use protection to whiten my teeth, I'm not sensitive but I'm careful not to leave the product on my gums. The thickness of the gel makes this easier. I buy it here because of the better price than my dentist office.
