This watch is well worth the money. Not only tells you the time and date, but measures your heart rate, BP, oxygen level, steps you take, the quality of the air you breath. You can also get emails, FB postings and messages! Get this watch!
- The stopwatch function is perfect for timing workouts and other activities
- The heart rate monitor may not be as accurate as advertised
