Review on Tekonsha Trailer Brake Controller Harness for Lexus GX460, GX470, LX470, LX570 & Toyota 4Runner, Land Cruiser, Sequoia, Tacoma, Tundra by Michael Robinson

Cable adapter not working - controller blinked due to poor installation of one end of the adapter. Before purchasing I saw another review that mentioned the same issue so I'm not the only one and there are probably others who didn't leave a review. When I saw it flicker, all I had to do was examine it visually. Connector plugging into P3 and it was clear the connector was not assembled properly. Obviously this product has not been reviewed. I contacted Tekonsha and after about a week heard from a "guaranteed" contact. Too little too late. I used a different connector, cut off the bad wire from the pigtail adapter and plugged in a new connector. Now it works, I had imagined better. Indeed, Tekonsha, you must at least visually inspect these connectors. Obviously you're not doing any QA at all.
