    Good wiring - trailer accessories

    He connected as soon as he found the original connector. I routed it behind the footrest, behind the foot brake, under the freshly filled dashboard and through the back of the center console bezel that fits into the slot under the radio. I modified this plate to fit the brake box. It's all incognito and cleans up all the places I've placed with no issues.

    Great part at a great price

    Perfect match for my 2007 Lexus GX470. Ease of installation. Google the installation to find photos on the forums as you need to find the factory connector under the steering column behind the dash. This is easy, but you must be careful when cutting or tearing the factory tape to detach it. At the end of the day it's a 10 minute job at most, and maybe 5 minutes if you're an acrobat or under 6'2".

    SIMPLE as cake when you know how.

    Toyota Perfect fit. 2007 Tundra Limited. THE PART CONNECTED TO THE TRUCK HAS A PLUG PROTECTION CAP. REMOVE COVER BEFORE ATTEMPTING INSTALLATION. My plug was hidden/taped/tie wrapped in one hand, just hard to see the spot. 10 minutes trying to connect it with installed cover. With the cover removed, it took about 10 seconds to complete the installation. Also soldered the wires into the wire harness as that connector wasn't long enough to reach the center console (where I installed it). I'm…

    Short side wiring

    Moved my Tekonsha P3 from my Tacoma to my Tundra. This suspension is required for the 2011 Tundra. The Tundra had limited clean install options, so I installed the P3 in a small slot on the center console between two cigarette lighter plugs. The only problem is that wiring harness wasn't long enough. So I had to splice and lengthen the wiring to make it work.     Perfect fit - not sure why redundant grounding is required

    OK ordered for my 2013 Tundra with TowHarness package plugs in and works with multiple Tekonsha controllers and maybe others(?) have my white one Factory connector found and connected to the wiring harness routed to the installed ECU (knee rail just below the rear window switch). The wire harness is neatly wrapped inside the sleeve as shown, with the redundant white ground wire fully protruding from the controller connector.     Poorly made, no guarantee of quality - didn't work out. Continued from Tekonsha too late for business

    Cable adapter not working - controller blinked due to poor installation of one end of the adapter. Before purchasing I saw another review that mentioned the same issue so I'm not the only one and there are probably others who didn't leave a review. When I saw it flicker, all I had to do was examine it visually. Connector plugging into P3 and it was clear the connector was not assembled properly. Obviously this product has not been reviewed.     Ease of installation. Works as it should.

    Not liking the idea of something sticking out from under the dash where my feet are or kicking it when getting in and out, I decided to find a place where I could put the Remove controllers. Path. After all, the chances of accessing it after the initial settings are pretty slim. Luckily my 2013 Tundra has two glove compartments and I hardly ever used the top one.
