The extra keychain is nice and can be used as a belt clip, but again you may need 1 or 2 extra belt clips if you walk a lot and are skinny. In fact, I wore this strap for 10 hours and it stayed in place pretty well. If I tensed up now, the belt guards would step in. If you sit or stand by a post all day, this is perfect. When training K-9, run, jump, get some goalies. So far it works as intended, stronger and thicker than I expected and fits my needs while being affordable. It's a durable and heavy duty strap that can hold all my gear day and night. It snaps into place like a charm and doesn't come loose at all when I adjust the length. Very satisfied.
