Not for kids the best in my rating
It's not for kids - it says "boyish" butterfly. Of course I should have read it more clearly. In its tightest position, it was barely snug enough for my adult neck. A simple amount of sewing will make it work, but it needs to be marked as an adult.
- I bought this for my grandson to wear to his wedding. Good quality.
- Too small. Good for babies
