Looks cheap and unreliable

Pros: Cheap Cons: Cheaply made Let me explain. I've had all kinds of wireless chargers over the years and this is by far the worst of them all. First, let me tell you why you don't include a power adapter with a wireless "CHARGER"? It just doesn't make sense. I think they are trying to cut costs by buying more devices from them. In any case, I bought the recommended Quickcharge 3.0, 18W, 3Amp charger to ensure the ideal scenario. Received in the mail today, everything plugged in, wireless charger blinked once, confirmed connection and that's it. Set up correctly? I put my iPhone Xr on it and in fact it starts charging like any wireless charger should, I thought we were done. Come back after 15 minutes, the charger will flash, which means it is not charging. I unplugged it, tried it separately on some Android devices I have, at work (Red Hydrogen One) and backup (Moto Z3), they don't want fast charging. It toggles back and forth from charge to fast to charge. The actual wall plug got too hot for my liking. So I disabled it and started the return process. Wireless charger on the other hand, I plugged in a Motorola Rapid charger and the Anker wireless charger refused to work with any device. It just kept flashing blue. The actual charger looks very cheap and flimsy. I'm used to Samsung and Mophie wireless chargers. Heck, even Belkin is pushing its wireless charging game. But I would generally avoid this charger. Just because of the whole bad experience with Anker. I will still buy their cables as they are actually good value for money but when it comes to power supplies look elsewhere.
