Received this wireless charger from Anker today and my first impression is that it is small, my iPhone XS Max and Galaxy Note 9 sit in this charger due to its small size both in width and in Unsure of Altitude , My iPhone charges very slowly! My Galaxy chargers charge acceptably fast, but not fast enough! I can't say I recommend this charger, but I can't say it's bad either.

Got this charger for my son for Christmas. After two days of use, the battery on his iPhone 8 began to drain and would no longer charge. Took the phone to an Apple store and they said it needed to be replaced - the heat from the wireless charger fried the board. I ended up spending $300 on a new phone because of this $25 charger. I strongly recommend not using it. Call Anker support and get an answer. I will post updates from them.

Paired with Anker 18W USB Fast Charging AC Wall Charger. So nice to just put the phone on the stand and boom! Get a display that charges fast. FAST charging. Just as good and fast as if it were connected directly via USB. The phone can also be positioned horizontally. Very happy with the purchase. Get another for my wife and use the wall charger that came with the phone and the display says fast charge too. Just get it!

Excellent customer service. The device works fine. I would rate this higher (4 or 5 stars) but for a new buyer if they don't change their shipping method they still get a ridiculously short cable. The Anker Qi Charger is almost unusable with my Pixel 3 XL. Of course, this is mostly my fault as I didn't read the fine print and just bought a "Qi wireless charger" to use with my new phone.
