UPDATE: My first bad review of a product has been posted below as this was the first issue I've ever had purchasing a product from Revain. Ironically, after posting the poor review below, the card reader worked as I initially expected. Of course it's been a few weeks, so I think Windows needed some driver updates or something. But after leaving a negative review and immediately getting an email with concerns from the supplier, I plugged the card reader back in only to give them a screenshot of the original error I received with the driver info etc, everything worked . Big. I apologize for the extra work caused by my original post, but the product initially did not work properly on MAC or Windows. The situation has improved over time and some obvious Windows updates. So, willing reader, I retract my poor review and state unequivocally that the seller took care of you right away and was willing to go the extra mile to fix any faulty product. Everything is taken care of and I would recommend this supplier for future business. This product was not working properly on my Windows based system leading me to believe it was for Apple. After the device failed (e.g. NOT WORKING) when connecting to Apple, it became obvious that they were sending me junk. I can't imagine getting 1 in 10,000 units which was a bad product but I got it. It was rubbish.
