I purchased these LED bulbs too put on a string of outdoor lights that I leave up all year round. The lights began dimming and we're not putting off the kind of light they did in the beginning. Upon closer inspection, I noted that the bulbs were filling with water and condensation causing them to not perform as designed. Waste of money.

These are a great deal. They put out a lot of light for a lot less power, and they’re inexpensive. I bought two packs, a total of 50 bulbs, and all of them are similarly bright. These replaced incandescent bulbs, which have been dying gradually.5 stars, for sure.

I love these bulbs! Glass bulbs always seem to break, but these are sturdy and hold up to being knocked around. I have them up next to brick and not a single one has shattered. They are great! I am going to be ordering a few more packs for my other string lights! Also, the light tone is warm, which I am super happy about!

These are a bit more white than the glass ones I am replacing with but I am so thankful I don't have to deal with broken glass anymore. They fit perfectly and look great!

I needed replacement bulbs for a light string I bought several years ago as many of the older bulbs have burned out or been broken in moves. These fit perfect and put out the right warmth of light. Great bang for the buck.

We have this type of light strung in our screened in porch and the cheap glass bulbs the strings came with practically break if you just look at them! I decided to give these bulbs a try since they're plastic expecting to be disappointed because they wouldn't be as clear as glass. I am amazed at how clear and bright these bulbs are. The only differences between these and the glass ones are they are a bit brighter and don't break - perfect! I highly recommend this product.

Bought two sets of these for my patio ,they work great ,nice and bright,Had 2 bad lamps out of 50 bulbs ,contacted seller and they are sending me replacements for the badones Great customer service !

The package arrived late but only by a day or two. However, the box was damaged and one bulb was taken or fell out. I’ve been trying to reach out to get a replacement bulb without sending in the 24 that seem fine but no such luck. Thankfully, none were broken so they must be truly shatterproof, looks like it’s been tossed around.

We have a string of about 100 bulbs across the deck and the traditional G40 bulbs, although nice with their sepia-toned glow, were starting to wear out and are getting harder to find. They are glass and delicate and power-hungry. These LED units are a great solution. They are a bit brighter than the incandescent versions, which actually helps when grilling outside on the deck in the evening. They don't get hot, they don't break and they use 1/20 the amount of electricity (7W vs. 0.3W per bulb).

The box they came in was the box they were shipped in, so no added protection and the box was destroyed on one side. Don’t have the time to go through to check which work now, but will before choosing to return or not.

Great value for the price. I thought they could be a little brighter and are little small, other than that they work fine.

I bought because it stated the light output as "warm white” and the light is whiter and much less warm than the incandescent counterparts. I am still looking for a replacement that emits a nice warm yelowish ligh witch is more attractive to the eye and more nostalgic. They are great if you want a whiter and more intense light output. Not for me.

Direct replacement for shatterproof bulbs, Had a string of glass bulbs that several had broken and was able to replace the entire string with these, works fine and bright.

These arrived undamaged but did not work and did not appear to be brand new bulbs or bulbs made of a non glass material that is shatter proof.

Despite these LED bulbs being described as "warm white", they are slighly but noticeably whiter/bluer than the incandescent bulbs.

I got these LED bulbs to replace my incandescent outdoor party lights. They not only offered the energy savings of LED, they have a plastic lens so the bulbs don't break from handling anymore. They're just installed so I can't review their longevity. An additional bonus is the perfect exact match of the color and light intensity of my existing bulbs (since I haven't replaces all of them yet).
