Regardless of the quality of the drill, the key to a pocket hole drill is that the sleeve fits (is flat) and the hex screw is not removed. There was no way to remove the Allen screw as the ring will not fit on the bit and therefore cannot lock in a horizontal position. Garbage. Parts have to fit together to be useful, they don't match and are therefore useless.
