Review on Edward by Aaron Lewis

I like that it is easy for me to use because of its simplicity. The support team are also very helpful when needed! It can be used with any app but there isn't much integration between apps so you have to set them up separately which takes time. There's nothing really wrong about this software other than not being able to integrate more fully into different applications yet. We've been using Edward to notify us via text message whenever our staff members leave early from work due to sickness etc. This has helped immensely by reducing sick days taken at my workplace. Also helps reduce having people call eachother instead of texting/emailing one another if they need something quickly during working hours (e.g., asking someone else to do some task).
