This is probably my most favorite purchase of the year so far. Well-made and easy to hold. Using it on yourself is simple and effective due to the weight. I've also been using it on my partner who has some lower back issues and it digs right in (using the acupressure knob) and releases all that tension.I'm impressed with all of the different knobs and how easy it is to screw them on and off. My favorite so far is the aforementioned acupressure knob and the lower back one.Only thing is I wish it came with a drawstring bag or something to keep the knobs all together. The box came with some handles, but one of them broke so it's pretty useless now.
