I bought this without reading reviews. I stressed for days after I woke up the day after a bought it, decided to read them, and became horrified. I was worried I'd invested in a poor product.Then it arrived and it was BEAUTIFUL. THIS CHAIR WAS PERFECT! Comfortable and awesome!I sat it in for a whole 2 hrs when the chair literally broke and tossed me out of it. Never in my life have I seen this happen in any chair. I was working on a spreadsheet, sitting on it completely normally. Insane. A flimsy product!Edit - 04/08I was ultimately offered a $70 refund and replacement parts. Pretty cool, I thought! Got my $70 fast.When the replacement parts arrived - it did NOT include the actual broken part! That tells me they didn't pay attention to my actual complaint, as I also included VERY CLEAR pictures of what broke (those same pictures are attached). Additionally, they sent the wrong color.This is nuts. Ya'll a dang mess.
