Caused more problems than it should

2011 Honda Accord v6 VVT Gaskets were leaking, I replaced them with these, they fit and seal well, no problem now I didn't know the 3 bolts hold the VVT The solenoids were only tightened to 6 ft-lbs or 72 in-lbs, so I pushed them down and ran the car 15 miles late. I got a P3497 check engine light with bad misfires. I had just changed my engine oil and filter a week ago and noticed the gaskets were leaking so I changed them, anyway I loosened the bolts and tightened them to 6ft-lbs, drove the car 5 miles and bam the CEL arrived, i removed the magnet housing and cleaned everything, reinstalled and swapped the front and rear pressure sensor oil at OCE, i drove the car 10 miles, popped CEL again, did a little research and went to oreilly auto parts for a complete dorman 918 Buying -056 solenoid cost me $120 out the door, put it on and rode ma 40 mile tires, no more CEL xs, if the valve body warped when I overtightened it maybe the problem was there on the new gaskets I put in or maybe they've already gone bad but what a headache if you're having the same problem as me I hope this helps.
