I bought these to keep our cats away from the crib and changing table. They work! I was a little confused when I opened the packaging because they looked like flimsy flimsy plastic. I separated 8 and used small clips to hold them together. The shots are a bit tricky, but I found that when I lined everything up and pressed it against a hard surface, it came together nicely. 6 pieces tied on the crib and 2 on the changing table. Cats have learned not to be in these places, and that's stripping them of their fur for our human child. We keep the cot and changing table covered when we are away from them for long periods of time. Sometimes it hurts to move them back and forth, but keeping baby's space free of hair is worth it.
