Very happy to see Zuora’s cloud application
I like how easy it is use as well have an excellent customer support team behind us! We were able help with any questions we had along our journey from start up through implementation in both digital sales channels (e-commerce website & mobile app) Pricing was one area where there could be improvement but overall this product has been great so far!! Would love if you can create multiple price points within products/services offered which will allow me flexibility when creating bundles at different levels.

- Excellent training resources for new users, particularly those who already know other ERP solutions
- Very intuitive system that allows non technical staffers ease access without needing deep IT knowledge
