I'm so glad I got this for my lower back pain! I have an issue with my L5-Si so I looked up various "belts" to see what I might help.I wasn't sure of the size to get, so I put in a question and the seller replied I should be fine with Medium and I'm glad I went with that! You wear it low, not at waist and it holds everything together when I move.I have a 40-inch hip circumference and wondered if I should get Med. or Large as I wanted to make sure there would be enough "overlap" and it's perfect, plenty of extra to overlap! Hope that helps anyone else wondering what size to get.Once you overlap what you need, there is another part to pull around and Velcro on each side to really hold all in place.So far, I have not had the problem of the Velcro "wearing out fast" as some reviews had but I guess more time will tell. In the meantime, I'm very happy and less pain is good.I've worn it under clothes and over and both ways are fine.
