I like how easy it is to use. I also like that you can quickly see the changes you make to your plan. It's pretty straight forward for a new user. The pricing model is not as clear to me. There are some things I don't understand about the differences between what a user pays versus what an admin pays. For example, if I have 10 items in my plan with a total of $5.00, then I would expect to be able to purchase them all at once. Instead, when I go into the admin portal, sometimes it shows that I'm only allowed to buy one item or two at a time. This happens even though I've got more than enough money in my account. I think this should be fixed so that it works properly. Otherwise, I don't have any complaints. It.
