Leaking caps prone to tearing

Bottles leaked on day one. I should have tasted them sooner but they sat there touched for a while. I finally got around to trying them out and they leaked right away. I tried tightening and loosening the caps on both bottles and one cap came loose completely! The second works, but flows constantly. When I shake the bottle, it flows out. When I spray the bottle it leaks. So it's not a good cleaning experience. I'm disappointed because good cleaning products make cleaning really enjoyable for me, and while they're aesthetically pleasing, the functionality just stinks.
