video from camera 640x480@20FPS, I couldn't find any settings to change Pressing the button above just changed the wide angle view to a letterbox view without actually changing the resolution or frame rate . I'm usually pretty good at stuff like this, but I can't seem to find anything about this camera. The internet is not paid advertising. It's a shame because the photos in the reviews and such look really nice. Again, my rating will change if the seller can contact me and fix my issues. I contacted support and they said the poor video quality is due to a limitation in their software? Makes no sense and I've used several different programs to test the camera. In the end I went with the one everyone always recommends and I have to say that the quality was better and it was easier to set up. Should have gone with it first but thought it could be better. I was wrong. I still don't understand why webcam technology is so far behind.
