I have tried two other joint sealants before. No smell, easy to clean and seems to do the job. My grout needed three coats, but that may be due to the super porous grout. I would recommend this sealer to the other two I've tried. The best method I found was to take a bottle of nasal saline and empty it. Remove the straw and allow the bottle to dry before pouring in the sealant using a small funnel. I put on the upper part in such a way that I had a small hole from which the sealant could be squeezed out. I simply moved the neck of the bottle along the grout line and gently squeezed out some sealant. Fairly clean lining and no wasted sealant.
