Review on FastToBuy Soldering Station: Adjustable Temperature Range from 194°F to 896°F by Omar Svagera

I bought this product to replace my old RadioShack station which had completely failed. I have to say it's a cut above what I had. I can really control the temperature which is very helpful when working with more temperature sensitive circuits. No more burned chips or PCB pads! It also heats up quickly so you can turn it on and off as needed. Turn on the switch and after 30 seconds it is ready to use. This kit also includes some basic workstation tools (solder suction cup, fine tip tweezers and solder spool) and is a good buy for anyone looking to buy a starter station. I love that there is an LCD display for the temperature which gives me accurate readings rather than the knob's eye position. Slots for storing your extra tips are also a plus - no more digging through the bottom of the drawer to look for a specific tip! I like the feel of the grip and it feels good in hand. In addition, the handle is well insulated and does not get hot. Very happy with my purchase.
