I like how easy it was for my team members using this software - they were able pull up all of their customer data, including call notes in seconds.- It's very intuitive- Callers can easily navigate through your website without getting confused or frustrated if there are multiple pages within one screen view (as well as other platforms). The interface could be improved by making some adjustments when adding additional users/employees at different levels from 1 person right down into our largest teams so that everyone doesn't have access immediately upon onboarding; however after working with IT during training we figured those issues would not likely arise since most people don’t want more than 2 screens open simultaneously anyway! If someone needs help quickly then pulling information off another device has been invaluable because sometimes employees forget what calls happened last week let alone two weeks ago before calling customers again today! We've solved several problems such as tracking important sales leads which previously took hours per report. It has all of our contacts, including mobile numbers for those who don't have landline phones or home phone services from us! The interface could be more user friendly in general - we are not tech savvy people so it can get confusing at times when trying figure things like how long someone's call will last before they hang up etc.. We've been able solve some issues with customer service calls that were previously unresolved by other means (such as emailing support tickets).
