The overall quality of the goods is good. But one weak component that affects the overall quality of this product is the spout. It's made of a thin, easily deformable metal that's noticeably weaker/different than the stronger and more reliable metals used for everything else. The spout is a separate piece that must be screwed onto the main body of the faucet. After screwing it in, when I tried to turn the spout to check its rotation, it broke. Maybe I screwed it on too tight? In any case, I'll leave this review to other buyers to be aware of the weaker part of the spout and take that into account when making a purchase decision.
