It is easy to use with great features that are simple yet powerful at once. I like how it allows me to set reminders of scheduled work orders or jobs in my calendar so there's no need to remember them myself (which will most likely forget). The reporting feature helps keep track of pending repair requests which can be helpful when managing multiple sites/departments across an organization. Occasionally you might have some downtime during peak times where your site goes down but this does not happen too often anymore than usual. There isn't much i dislike about tool fleet other then maybe if they would make scheduling easier by allowing more options outside of just timeframes. We're using it mainly as our main project management system since we utilize it throughout all departments within our business.
