I ended up sending this pillow back. But I still gave it 5 stars because it's so well done: it was really thin as advertised and had a perfect pitch. I don't think I can blame the company for not predicting that my neck pain would only get better within the first 2 weeks of use and then start hurting again for no reason. In fact, I was incredibly impressed with their generous return policy. This means customers can actually try the pillow, and quite frankly, it's the only way to know if a pillow is right for you.
