I like that you can create multiple forums, each with their own topics or categories to organize posts into different areas of interest for your customers. It's easy enough to use without having any experience in web design so it was great when we first started using this product but now some things are difficult if not impossible to find out how they work (such as creating subforums). We've been able to have our support team help us set up new sites quickly by just giving them access to one account where all the information needed would be stored online.
