I liked that it was intuitively laid out so you didn't have to know much about coding to set up your site. It's very easy to use, has great features such as polls etc., it integrates well with Wordpress so you don't have worry about compatibility issues (and can easily upgrade if required), allows for multiple admins - which means one person doesn't need admin access just because they created an account!
