I think it's great that they're taking their time to really make sure that everything is perfect before releasing it! The fact that they are listening to feedback from customers is also very helpful! I wish they could have more people working on the website, maybe even hire some interns or something like that! It would be nice if there were more people who can help with the actual work! I like how they are willing to listen to suggestions and use them to improve their products and services. They seem to be making an effort to create quality content. I'm happy to see that they are trying to provide better customer service.
