Bought to replace ASUS RT-65R. This router was fast and had good range, but for some reason I would lose internet connection every week or two and I had to jump through a few hoops to get it back on. Eventually I got fed up and searched for routers on Smallnetbuilder and found this one had good range and 2.4GHz speed (I don't care about other things or 5GHz). This one was reliable for a month (I don't use self-repair), it took a reboot, but I can't be sure it wasn't my ISP. The main thing was that it immediately reconnected to all my devices that were still connected. When this happened at ASUS, I had to turn off all but one computer and play around with it for 30 minutes. The range is better than ASUS in the hard-to-reach places of my house and the speed is the same and this one costs 1/3 the price of ASUS. Sorry ASUS. If you want all the bells and whistles, I can't comment, but for stability, range, and 2.4GHz speed, this Belkin couldn't be beat. Your mileage may vary as wireless connectivity is highly dependent on location, other wireless networks in the area, your ISP, etc.
