Nice royal blue color. I’m 5’4 and 40DD boobs. I bought XL. The material is very stretchy, could possibly have gone down a size but this was really comfortable. It is a true empire waist, which is difficult to find. A little long for me because I like my dresses a little shorter., but I can fix that in a few minutes. Overall cute and comfortable. I might buy it in a tropical print too.
