This is GORGEOUS! We had a full bathroom renovation and I looked elsewhere for a contemporary chrome shower handle, separate handheld shower head and large rainfall showerhead. Others didn't have the whole set, were sold individually, or were overpriced. I keep coming back to Revain to check out this particular one. I was a bit suspicious as it wasn't a well known brand. Read the reviews and Q&A section many times. We took a risk and bought it. A professional plumber came to us for the installation. I've read some of the comments on this from the reviewers here to make sure nothing has been overlooked. Since we were having a stiletto shower demonstration he was able to read the instructions and make sure the nipple was extended far enough to accommodate the Duroc and width of the actual tile we were installing. TIPS: Cons: 1: Our water is not HOT enough. I think there is a mechanism in there to prevent the water from overheating, our plumber couldn't find it after installing it. I would have your plumber find it before installing it! 2: You cannot use the rain shower head and handheld at the same time. Either one or the other. This was a disappointment as we love to shower together when we are in a hurry. He will use one and I will use the other. But you cannot use both together with this one. 3: It has been claimed that hot water and cold water are reversed. This is how it works. If the installer installs it according to the installation guide, everything is fine. When you take a shower, look at the lever handle as it is located. It's vertical (face up and down). We twisted it as we imagined, the top of the handle got too hot. Do not pass the handle over the top. Use the bottom of the knob to set your desired temperature. The bottom of the knob should read the desired temperature, not the top of the knob. Then you get the right temperature. We're thinking of buying a little red dot sticker to put on the bottom of the handle so you know the bottom of the handle that goes to the "H" (hot) is going to be hot. Hope that helps.
