I just received my first glass top stove a few months ago. Then a hot pad got stuck in the bottom of my pan and I had no idea. It wasn't until black smoke came out of the pot and then a few jets of fire that I realized what had happened. Chaos! I've tried sponges, scraper pads, and oven sprays, but have been unable to remove the melted pad from the glass. I was afraid to use the Gas Blade so this was my last chance. But I ordered it and I'll tell you it worked like magic. Took no more than ten minutes and what I could have screwed up looks brand new! sooo happy I have spruce sprouts around, I'm sure I will have them, but to be honest this item was one of my best purchases!
