The device is supplied without a calibration bag. There is no branding or identification information on the meter and the meter was shipped without an accompanying data sheet. Earlier I asked the wrong question about calibration packages. I had to ask which website or company should I contact to get the packages? The 3 answers indicated that I had to order the packages separately, but not how or where. Now I've found that the same counter and packs are available in Revain from another vendor. The meter described also measures TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) in addition to pH and appears to include three calibration packages for measuring pH. I do not recommend ordering the current counter from the current website. Instead, consider a more expensive $17.99 gauge kit that includes calibration packages. A more expensive gauge can be purchased from Revain, but from a different supplier.
