I have a 55lb Rottweiler/Mastiff mix. I ordered an XL based on many reviews suggesting I order a size up and I agree. In my case, XL is too big for my dog's chest, so I also ordered L. It can't be that Marvel's L idea was really big. If you have a dog over 40 pounds I doubt the letter L will fit. It's *at most* Wednesday. If you have a large dog, I strongly recommend the XL size, but it may be too loose in the chest. As a dish itself it is very good. The quality seems much better than what I expected from a branded pendant, I just think the sizing is wrong.
