Overall I'm happy with it but it's only been installed/working for about 20 minutes so it's really hard to tell. First, I'm not happy that the included power adapter isn't for North America, even though the product description says "North America". Instead, it's a Chinese plug with two 45-degree pins. Basically useless. I had a 12v 1amp adapter which works although it is not supplied and although the modem function works it may void the warranty but they leave me no choice. My internet went down as my old modem burned down just before the holidays and all items are sold out. Setup was agonizing - mainly because the ISPs don't report anything and this had more settings than expected, but I set it up anyway. / is connected and working, and I'm happy about that. I got this to negotiate and connect and I'm happy about that, it's hard working from home when your internet is down.
