I'm not a fanatic but I like a clean car. I bought this kit mainly for the windshield cleaning tool. I hate muddy, streaky windshields and it's hard to get a rag to the underside of the windshield. I thought other tools would be interesting so I decided to give it a try. As expected, the windshield tool worked great. The kit comes with a nice little empty spray bottle that I filled with 50% filtered water and 50% rubbing alcohol. The atomizer itself is actually pretty good, producing a broad fine mist perfect for the windshield. Everything was clean and streak-free within minutes. The hinge on the tool head allows easy access to all corners. I love that it includes a pair of spare microfiber headgear. I thought a dash rag might come in handy, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked, getting into nooks and crannies again with little to no effort. I have a small coin collection bowl that also collects a lot of random dirt and this thing cleared it up in no time. I have attached before and after photos. I thought brushes were only for die-hard fanatics, but I opened one up and found it very useful for cleaning crevices and crevices. I also assumed I would never need an air vent cleaner and was a bit shocked at how well it works and how much sense it makes. Microfiber tools tend to flake a bit, so after you're done you'll have to scrub the green fibers out of the vents and so on. But you have multiple brushes to do it! I expect the fallout to go away after a few uses. The carry case isn't particularly sturdy but is decently made and is a good size and conveniently keeps all your tools in one place. If I did interior decorating for a living I would probably find these tools a bit easy and invest in a much more expensive kit. But having a nice little tool box to inspect my car from time to time is great.
