I think I need to go back and read the instructions again! Nothing on the packaging says what I bought is a professional model, which it should be. Except for a small printed extra tag on the lower back. Also, I keep coming back below normal readings. I won't give up because I think it's a great tool! I often use it every day but with similar results so I always think I'm using it wrong. Also, the sounds are confusing, so let's go back to the instructions to see if they really mean anything. A quality tool with valuable information.
