The ease of use, especially for our non-technical staff. We have been able to implement this system in less than 2 weeks with no issues at all. All the features are easy to figure out how to set up and everything is very intuitive. I am not sure there's anything that we dislike yet but it would be nice if they added more functions like project management or task tracking. For now, we're still trying to explore what other options might serve us better. This has helped streamline scheduling processes as well as organizing meetings across multiple departments within one organization.
