I bought this for cooking and like to use glass instead of plastic. However, a friend of mine who bought another brand pointed out a difference that I see as a downside: there is space between the lid and the squares of the container. What I mean is that if I put the ranch in one cell (example) and the container moves, it ends up in other cells. This has happened to me with juices from my fruits. My friends don't allow it and I wish I had. However, I got five for their 3.
