I like that it has helped us to streamline our process of tracking patient information, and also allows us to have a single point of contact for all our insurance providers. The customer service is not as good as other software companies I've used in the past. Sometimes there is a lag time in getting an answer back from their tech support team. Also, sometimes you get a message saying your request was received but never gets answered. It's been helpful in keeping track of medical records for our patients. We were able to quickly find any notes or changes made by another provider, which saved us time.
