Review on 🔧 iFixit Magnetic Project Mat: The Ultimate Magnetized Work Surface for Electronics, Phone, and Laptop Repair by Keith Howe

I use it for my iPhone bits when replacing a digitizer or similar. The magnetic pad holds the parts fairly securely and the high quality Staedler dry erase pen with a very fine tip allows me to identify the part and put all parts in removal/replacement order with notes. Very satisfied. I would give five stars but my board has a bulge because the clear plastic film doesn't fit the magnetic pad well or because quality control missed it. But it's still very useful and I use it all the time, even when fixing children's toys. iFixit has a great website that goes into great detail on repairing so many electronic devices.
