Never had a leak like this. In fact, I prepared the salad, put the dressing in one of them, worked really hard to even out the little bumps to seal it (nearly impossible), and gently pressed it against the salad in the glass salad container. Then into a zip-top lunch box that ended up in a backpack that just sat there because my daughter got sick and stayed home. A few hours later I opened it up and this little container lid was completely off and the lunch was a mess. I only use it for cucumbers or tangerines (no juice) or dry snacks and only in a lunch bot box where it doesn't move AT ALL and the lid of the lunch bot puts pressure on it. I stopped writing this review as I was looking for something better.
