The easy integration with our payment processor, Stripe which helps us process payments quickly from multiple channels (Hotel's website/mobile apps). Easy access data through API in their dashboard is helpful too! I don't think there are any complaints here as this has been an overall great experience so far at parityrate!! If you want more control over your business operations - try out different platforms like ZenDesk or Zendesk etc.. You can integrate them pretty easily into both desktop & mobile applications using Zapier integrations if needed! We use it mainly just because we have used stripe before but haven’t had much problems integrating other systems yet either!!
