Not a bad toy but does not attract the child's attention. It has a few buttons and lights, but the bobbing motor is incredibly loud and annoying, and it doesn't turn very well, it just rocks back and forth. We also use it on tile and vinyl floors. We got it after our child's balloon died and saw how bad the reviews were for it when we started looking for a replacement. I wish we could save our money. Our child was much more interested in his ball than this toy and this toy actually rolled well. I have a feeling you should unscrew it for good.
