Works as it should. My impression is that this starter comes with two mounting screws. Maybe I looked at another post. This product was installed on a Mercruiser 4.3LX/ V6. The package arrived within two days. It was delivered in advance and I had enough time to install it the same day. A very happy buyer! The left picture is the new starter and the right is the old one. The new starter looks the same or bigger than the OEM. I definitely recommend this product. I read some of the negative reviews, I didn't have the same experience as them, what I did was mark each wire with tape and on which pole. Some have also said that it won't turn on, that they may also need to replace the fuse on the motor. Good luck and if you have any questions just ask.
